With a fully equipped workshop, our client is involved with Robot welding; pipe forming, CNC punching and folding, TIG welding and polishing to name but a few processes carried out in house, and provides a supply and fix service for most steelwork requirements ranging from architectural metalwork to structural steelwork.
We are now seeking a competent design draughtsman in the field of general steelwork, Architectural Metalwork, staircases, balustrade etc.
Experience requirements include 3D Modeling and CAD 2004.
This is a short contract and rate will be negotiable depending on experience.

Job Title - Contact Centre Agent
Location - Norwich
Salary - £6.50/hr Plus shift premium and bonus

Description
As a friendly, family-run company, we can provide variety but not monotony to your working day. We are an outsource contact centre for a number of prestigious national companies and we require more staff to complement our existing team.
The successful applicants would join our Outbound team, who currently make “warm” outgoing calls, engaging in activities such as conducting customer satisfaction surveys, or inviting contacts to free workshops.
Previous call centre experience would be advantageous, and previous outbound calling experience is a must, as well as an understanding of customer needs, the ability to be a team player. Excellent communication and listening skills are also key to this role. You must also be able to work well under pressure, use your own initiative and be a quick learner.
